Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
Drawing files
DXFDraw currently operates as a browser-based CAD application without a user account system or DXFDraw-hosted cloud drawing library. Drawing files selected in the application are processed by the browser application for the purpose of opening, editing and exporting the drawing. DXFDraw does not currently provide server-side storage for your CAD drawing content.
Local project workflow
Users can open local files and export project or drawing files through browser file operations. The native ADN format is used to preserve DXFDraw project information when users choose to save a project file.
Website infrastructure
The DXFDraw website and application are delivered through web hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. Standard technical request information may be processed by infrastructure providers as part of delivering and protecting the website, such as IP address, request time, browser information and security-related request metadata.
Feedback and optional email address
The Feedback feature in the DXFDraw application at app.dxfdraw.com can be used to send suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, contact messages and other feedback. Providing an email address is optional and the Feedback form can be submitted without one. If you choose to provide an email address, it may be used only to reply to your submission or communicate with you about the message you sent. DXFDraw does not sell the email address you provide or use it for advertising or unrelated marketing, and it is not shared for independent advertising or marketing purposes. Feedback submissions, optional email addresses and related technical or security data may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate, protect and deliver the Feedback service, including security verification and email delivery.
Accounts and cloud storage
At the effective date above, DXFDraw does not require a user account and does not provide a DXFDraw cloud drawing library.
Future changes
If analytics, advertising, account features, cloud synchronization or other services are added, this policy will be updated before or alongside those features as appropriate.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for keeping appropriate backups of important project and DXF files. Browser behavior, local storage, device failure or user actions can result in data loss.
Questions
Questions, contact requests and other feedback can be submitted through the Feedback feature in the DXFDraw application at app.dxfdraw.com. Providing an email address is optional; include one only if you would like to receive a reply.
